Workshop Description

This three-day meeting will feature presentations from ending and current AgBioData working groups (WGs) about their accomplishments and recommendations, breakout room discussions on data-related issues, and updates on the consortium's future. Below, you can see a draft of the workshop agenda.

9:10 AM    WG presentation: Genome Assembly and Annotation Nomenclature
9:25 AM    WG presentation: Education (EWG)
9:40 AM    WG presentation: Standards for Genetic Variation (SGV)
9:55 AM    Break

10:00 AM  Breakout Rooms: the Education and SGV WGs will meet, allowing other WG and non-WG members to join the discussion and get public feedback on topics of interest
