Tasks - April 25th

1. Adding new item: twitter, and other content to the Main Website agbiodata. Do we have a twitter's account?  - done

2. On the menu>All Working Groups> I need to add one more person. Do you have the name of that person?  - done

3. Format the image from their profile to the left. - done

4. Basecamp, I need to add a module to download files. Where you want it? 

5. Survey, adding the results. Do you know where I can find out the survey results? And, where do you want to add it?

6. What fields do you want to include in the Database. We have Name, URL and Contact at agbiodata.org/databases.  - done

7. Do we need to add a page that will talk about the data and licensing for the agbiodata.org website. 

8. I added a search that people can search the forum with. - done

9. I need to fix the site for tablet view. Desktop and phones work fine.  - done

10. In terms of emailing the content of the post, I am working on that. (Some of the suggestions from the workshop said that they are receiving too many emails. ).  - done

    • Add font color icon to CKEditor - done

    • Show me how to restrict/assign access on individual pages - Chun-Huai is adding a permissions module - done

    • Permissions module installed (Chun-Huai) - done

  • Finish home page design

    • reduce white space on workshop inage to be equidistant top and bottom and be the same as the white space above and below the top logo - done

    • reduce size of logo as it's too big and add some more space above and below - done

    • decrease size of box (no box within a box) - half depth and in white - done

    • remove welcome to AgBioData text - done

    • move search box back into nav bar - done

    • drop down menu slected color to a darker grey - can you try changing it to RGB 64, 64, 64 - done 

    • Change the heading text on each page to a smaller font, like say heading 3 type size? - done
       

  • Workshop Nav

    • Change table under workshop category to "Workshop Participants" and just make three columns Name, Organization, Working Group , make same as database table format and make as a dropdown - done

    • Add page Description under Workshop (Dorrie) -  still to add text

    • Add page Report under Workshop (Dorrie) -  still to add text (mostly after workshop)

    • Add menu attribute _blank windows - done
       

  • Forums

    • Ask questions of steering committee about requirements (Dorrie)
