Welcome to AgBioData!
- We are a consortium of agricultural biological databases with a mission to consolidate standards and best practices for acquiring, displaying, and reusing genomic, genetic, and breeding (GGB) FAIR data to advance agricultural research (Harper et al., 2018).
- Formed in 2015, our consortium involves 45 GGB databases and over 200 members, including database curators, bioinformaticists, researchers, librarians, and software developers working with agricultural data.
- We are funded from Sept, 2021 - August 2026 through a National Science Foundation (NSF) for Research Coordination Network project
